Yoga with Samir currently offers three different level of classes, 'Yoga soft', 'Yoga intermediate' and 'intermediate challenging' to meet the needs of every practitioner.

This class is for everyone who wants to wind up as well as for beginners who want to start fresh with yoga. It includes relaxation, breathing exercises, dynamic movements for mobility and stretches.
Yoga Soft

This class is meant for beginners as well as for people who have experience with yoga. This class consists of relaxation, breathing exercises, cardiovascular exercises, yoga poses and dynamic exercises and stretches.
Yoga Intermediate

This class is for people who have experience with yoga. It consists of relaxation, breathing exercises, cardiovascular exercises, yoga poses including soft inversions, stretches and meditation.
